the room was spacious. it had good décor. the staff were attentive and friendly. the breakfast was varied and of excellent quality. i landed a bit early. i met a very helpful person at the front office. i was amazed at the cleanliness of the room. the hotel facilities were luxurious. the general manager personally came to meet me. i was overwhelmed by his gesture. the hotel is comfortable. it is clean and conveniently located. the staff were pretty good too accommodate needs. ice bags were delivered when needed. i received a different room easier to move around in. special thanks to the bar service.
i experienced a very slight issue. there was no coffee machine in the room, which i would have liked.

i found the customer service lacking, it did not match other locations i know. staff interactions felt very basic. the lobby was eerie. also breakfast was below expectations as the hot items were cold.
