The hotel is in a very nice and quiet area. Public transport is near, and central areas are within a short walking distance. Breakfast included excellent service.
The room service left a half-drank cup of coffee every morning. The cup was never cleaned or replaced. TV had many channels streamed via the internet, but the connection speed made many unwatchable.

the room was spacious. it had good décor. the staff were attentive and friendly. the breakfast was varied and of excellent quality. i landed a bit early. i met a very helpful person at the front office. i was amazed at the cleanliness of the room. the hotel facilities were luxurious. the general manager personally came to meet me. i was overwhelmed by his gesture. the hotel is comfortable. it is clean and conveniently located. the staff were very good too accommodate needs. ice bags were delivered when needed. i received a different room easier to move around in. special thanks to the bar service.
i experienced a very slight issue. there was no coffee machine in the room, which i would have liked.
